Job Description
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end learning strategies that strengthen sales capability, leadership readiness, and operational excellence across different agency and corporate workforce. This role partners closely with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, regulatory standards, and performance outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of any relevant course
- Strong experience in training management
- Required has experience to facilitate training program for Financial Advisor or Financial Solutions Specialist
- Strong background in insurance sales training , agency development, and advisor capability building
