  • Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy for the Food & Beverage division in alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Conduct onboarding and departmental orientation programs for all new Food & Beverage associates.
  • Develop and execute annual training calendars for all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering service standards, sequence of service, product knowledge, menu knowledge, beverage knowledge, wine service, upselling, guest engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and coaching sessions to improve employees' knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Partner with the Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Outlet Managers, and Supervisors to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
