To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Learning and Development Manager located in Dundalk, Ireland.Reporting to the General Manager, the Learning and Development Manager role involves developing and executing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports organizational growth, operational excellence, workforce capability, leadership development, and talent retention across our manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with leaders across the business to ensure employees have the skills, knowledge, and capabilities required to meet both current and future business needs.What a typical day looks like:

Partner with the General Manager and operational leaders to develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy in Dundalk, ensuring workforce capability aligns with business objectives and future growth plans.
