Job Description

This role will establish and scale Amico’s Internal Academy for Talent — including the Future Leaders Passport Program, Co-Op & Early Talent Pipeline, and a comprehensive Capability & Knowledge (KI) Development Framework — to systematically develop critical skills, strengthen leadership depth, and significantly reducing long-term reliance on external hiring.

Partnering closely with the Executive Team, Business Leaders, and Talent function, this leader will embed learning into the operating model of the business, driving performance, succession readiness, internal mobility, and organizational resilience.
