The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager leads initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture across the County. This role aligns employee development with the County’s mission to deliver high-quality, responsive public services. The L&D Manager partners with departments to build a skilled, engaged, and service-oriented workforce prepared to meet evolving community needs.
Strategic Learning & Talent Development
+ Lead countywide learning strategy aligned with organizational priorities and service delivery goals
+ Manage one- and three-year operational plans for division, aligned with HR Department strategy and roadmap
+ Sustain and optimize the learner’s experience at the County, through a variety of experiences (including but not limited to synchronous and asynchronous courses, blended learning, workshops, and social)
