This assignment takes place in the Enabling Functions Academy. This team is responsible for development and delivery of learning and knowledge management solutions for employees and management in enabling functions; such as HR, IT, Finance, ASML Business Services and other departments.

The Enabling Functions Academy is part of the broader learning community in ASML. The Academy works closely together with subject matter experts in the functions andcollaborates with other ASML Academies. The team consists of learning and knowledge management business partners and learning designers. Learning solutions are sometimes bought externally and sometimes built internally.
