At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. We are offering an internship in our Customer Success department focusing on soft skills development in our various customer facing roles.
The Learning Specialist works with our Quality team and Learning & Development Community in FMS Europe driving our role-based development roadmap. The specialist position would be coordinating blended learning delivery of onboarding and soft skills sessions related to our existing learning paths. The position would also allow for design and structure of soft skills development depending on skillset and expertise of the candidate. The internship position works with the CS Quality team, instructional designer and Learning coordinators as well as our L&D Program Manager.
