Learning & Development GeneralistAt Bird, our Learning & Development team builds the capabilities that keep our people and our projects ahead of what comes next. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Generalist who will be the connective tissue between our programs, our platforms, and the people who learn from them — and who will make every one of those touchpoints sharper, clearer, and more useful than the day before.

If you like turning data into a narrative people can act on, designing visuals that make complex information feel simple, and bringing fresh ideas to a function that’s actively evolving — we’d like to hear from you.
This position will be based out of our Edmonton (preferred) office, but can be based out of Calgary as well.

What You Will Be Working On
