**_POSITION SUMMARY:_** The Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to employees across the organization. This role focuses on facilitating learning programs that support employee onboarding, skill development, and organizational culture. The facilitator ensures a positive learning experience and encourages active participation, while maintaining consistency in content delivery.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Deliver scheduled training sessions in-person and/or virtually.
+ Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
+ Present content clearly and consistently, following standardized curriculum and guidelines.
+ Prepare training spaces, materials, and technology prior to each session.
+ Manage attendance records and ensure accurate documentation of training completion.
