We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to support the delivery of our learning initiatives. Working closely with the Assistant L&D Manager and Group Head of L&D, you will play a key role in L&D operations, onboarding, communications, and THG Academy administration.
Key Responsibilities L&D Operations Support the rollout of learning programmes and initiatives across the Group Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires Track participation and completion of training programmes Organise learning sessions, events, and activities (including vendor coordination)
Training Administration & Reporting Prepare learning reports, evaluations, and completion tracking Maintain accurate training records and budgets Manage training grants and claims (e.g. SkillsFuture) Process invoices and liaise for timely payments with Finan...
