We’re hiring a proactive, structured, hands‑on Learning & Development Executive to manage the full L&D cycle and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Description

This role is heavily focused on L&D operations (end‑to‑end) — from Training Needs Analysis to HRDC management of multiple accounts, maintaining training records, reporting, compliance, and effectiveness tracking. It is also important that this incumbent stays updated on new L&D trends and methodologies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
