Senior Talent Development Executive
Our client is looking for a proactive Senior Talent Development Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will act as a consultative partner for multiple internal brands and stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to drive initiatives, propose new training frameworks, and manage the full lifecycle of talent growth.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End L&D Ownership: Lead the full spectrum of training functions—from initial strategy and budget planning to backend execution and project management.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a dedicated account lead for different business portfolios, consulting with leaders to identify talent gaps and deliver tailored solutions.
- Talent & Performance Systems: Support the Senior Manager in managing performance systems and building a robust talent pipeline across the organization.
