Position Overview:
This role helps to shape the career growth of the employees. He or she will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, supporting the learning cycle from concept to delivery, and ensuring that all training practices align with EQ's commitment to excellence in luxury hospitality.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development role within the hospitality industry.
HRDC Certified Train-the-Trainer is an added advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
