About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in HR. The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and management of employee learning programs, contributing to talent development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and induction programs.
• Maintain and update training records, reports, and learning databases.
