Job Description
As a Learning & Development Executive, you’ll implement training and training systems framework as directed by your superior whilst maintaining good employee relations. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Develop a complement of qualified departmental trainers
+ Establish a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results. eg tracking and producing reports
+ Creating training materials and programmes to address the hotel business objectives
+ Monitor and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes
+ Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
