Learning, Development & Engagement Executive
Core Responsibilities
Module Design & Learning Delivery: Design and update interactive training modules and learning pathways while acting as a core internal facilitator for onboarding, compliance, and supervisory programmes.
Departmental OJT & Digitalisation: Monitor line training quality to ensure a successful OJT process, and review physical content and workflows to transition the assessment and sign-off process into the LMS.
Engagement Execution & Communication: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and prepare internal communications.
Feedback Coordination & Diversity Support: Coordinate employee surveys, track departmental action plans, and support theme park-wide initiatives to recognize and celebrate our diverse workforce.
