Role Overview

The L&D Coordinator & Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of all learning and development initiatives. This role acts as the operational backbone of the L&D function—managing logistics, platforms, communication, learner data, and vendor coordination to ensure an excellent learning experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Coordination & Execution

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning programs (virtual, in-person, blended).

Maintain training calendars and ensure all sessions run on schedule.

Support onboarding and orientation training programs.
