JOB SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support to HR and Management activities. Assists the Department’s team in the review, evaluation and analysis of databases maintained by the department.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepares training materials following the prescribed format
- Distributes training materials and teaching aides, as required for each type of program
- Keeps a schedule of all training programs
- Ensures availability of equipment, venue and facilities for internal training activities
- Replies to routine inquiries regarding courses, programs and schedules
- Prepares correspondence with learners and learning partners from across the organization and externally
- Prepares Payment Authorization Forms and coordinates with Finance Group in ensuring timely disbursement of payments and cash advances
