Supporting the People Senior Manager in all Learning & Development initiatives, including the design and execution of the Annual Training Plan, leading and collaborating on Training & Development projects, managing communication and negotiation with external suppliers, and participating in strategic decision‐making alongside Managers and Directors from different departments. The position requires a proactive mindset, the ability to identify new opportunities, and the initiative to drive innovative learning projects across the organization.
