Learning & Development Advisor - Early Careers

Reporting to the APAC L&D Associate Director, this role supports employee development for the Asia region and ensures the smooth functioning of all learning initiatives – the design and implementation of learning experiences that build workforce capability and organisational performance. Acting as a business partner to diagnose skill gaps, create tailored solutions, align learning with business goals, and measure the impact of development initiatives to drive long‑term growth.

The role also includes leading the Early Careers function (including Graduate Development and Cadet/Intern programmes) to ensure intakes are aligned to the business priorities and the strategic objectives of the programmes – supporting annual recruitment, planning and delivering ongoing Early Careers events, focused on engagement, technical and behavioural skills development.
