The Training Design & Delivery Analyst is a learning expert with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional development and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, designing, and optimizing training programs that drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, across our worldwide contact centers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to assess training needs, develop learning solutions through instructional design practices, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure all agents are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Additional training, such as manager and technology training to ensure smooth technology transitions, etc, will be part of your tasked objectives as well.
