What & Why:

As a result of growth and investment in technology our enterprise client is looking to add a Learning Designer to support the training of a large group of end users. This role designs and delivers learning experiences for their teams as they roll out large-scale technology projects. You'll create everything from eLearning courses and videos to in-person workshops and user guides, translating complex systems into training that sticks. Working closely with SMEs and cross-functional partners, you'll scope projects, build content using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite, facilitate sessions, and iterate based on learner feedback.
