Looking to take your instructional design career to the next level? Sunway Online (Sunway University) is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Designer to design and build engaging online courses that empower learners worldwide.
Office Location: Sunway University, Petaling Jaya
Salary: Competitive
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Normal working hours, 8.30 am pm. (Monday – Friday)
What You'll Do:
Design and structure online courses using instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, rapid prototyping, backward design)
Apply learning theories (Constructivism, Cognitive Load Theory, Multimedia Learning Theory, adult learning principles)
Map learning outcomes to assessments and activities for coherent learning journeys
Build and configure courses on LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard)
Develop interactive elements using tools like H5P, Articulate Rise, Storyline
Integrate multimedia assets (video, a...
