• Facilitate instructor-led (virtual and/or in-person) training sessions across a variety
of topics (e.g., onboarding, systems training, soft skills, leadership development).
• Deliver content in an engaging and interactive manner that caters to diverse learning
styles.
• Support the deployment of learning programs, including scheduling, coordination,
learner communications, and logistical support.
• Adapt and adjust delivery methods based on participant engagement, feedback,
and performance.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and feedback
mechanisms.
• Provide coaching or reinforcement sessions post-training, as needed.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and L&D team to improve training
content and delivery effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, completions, and learner feedback in LMS
or tracking systems.
