Learning Compliance Advisor
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the measurement, management and optimization of Learning content and processes. This includes conducting regular audits, maintaining a comprehensive catalogue of Learning resources, and ensuring the effective operation of Learning workflows.
The role involves developing metrics to gauge the efficiency of Learning Team processes, managing contracts and maintaining platforms, and tracking Learning programs to ensure timely reviews and updates. The role also focuses on reporting, collaborating with various specialists to deliver comprehensive reports on Learning outcomes and ongoing programs.
