Learning Coach in Creative Arts and Media

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Coach to join our vibrant Creative, Digita Arts, Fashion and Media department. In this role, you will work collaboratively with curriculum staff to help learners develop the personal, academic, and employability skills needed to become confident, independent, and successful individuals.

You will play a key role in supporting learners throughout their college journey, helping them overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and progress into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference and can provide high-quality support tailored to individual learner needs.
