Learning Centre Operations Executive

We are not looking for a full-time teacher or a pure administrative centre manager.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a front-facing, operational role—managing student journeys, building relationships with parents, coordinating programmes and events, and overseeing the smooth daily operations of a learning centre.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support customer acquisition activities by onboarding new parents into the learning community.
• Clearly communicate the vision and value of the learning programs, recommending suitable pathways based on each student's needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with parents, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate.
• Foster a vibrant and connected community through consistent engagement with families.
