We are looking for a Learning Architect to join our Client Solutions team and play a high‑impact role in shaping proposal strategy and master storytelling for new training projects.

The Learning Architect will craft compelling, client‑specific proposals across a variety of formats—whether designing creative presentation decks or crafting detailed RFP responses—leveraging instructional‑design expertise and a marketing‑mindset to show what SweetRush’s innovative solutions can achieve.
