The Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance employee skills and drive business success. This role functions as a hybrid content creator and facilitator, expected to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that meet evolving business needs. Trainers must be prepared to create and facilitate training sessions within 48–72 hours of receiving a request from program management when business demands require it. While this will not always be the case, flexibility and readiness to respond quickly are essential to meet organizational priorities. This position requires adaptability, creativity, and strong time management skills to balance content development and facilitation demands in a dynamic business environment.
