Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in training / learning & development.
  • At least 1-3 years in a supervisory role or 10 years experience in L&D.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, technical, or corporate training environment is an advantage.
  • Experience facilitating training programs.
  • Exposure to competency-based training systems.
  • Basic instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting.
