Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Learning and Development Supervisor to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs that support employee performance, competency growth, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage learning and development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments and job levels
  • Design and deliver in-house training programs, workshops, and orientation sessions
  • Supervise and evaluate internal trainers and external training providers
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate leadership development, technical skills training, and behavioral programs
  • Support succession planning and employee career development initiatives
