The opportunity

The Supervising Associate plays a critical role in planning, delivering, and ensuring compliance for learning programs across the firm. This position aligns learning initiatives with strategic priorities and drives operational excellence for high-impact programs.

You will manage end-to-end learning operations including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with learning leaders to design solutions that meet evolving business needs.
