Learning & Development Specialist Position

Job Summary

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for conducting in-person and virtual employee training and providing consultative support on various topics, ranging from new hire curriculum to technical training.

They will work in collaboration with the Learning & Development leadership and other team members to design, develop, and execute effective training programs tailored to the unique needs of employees. This includes understanding recruitment, client management processes, candidate rapport building and use of the in-house ATS system.

Job Duties and responsibilities:

• Design and deliver in-person training programs for new hires joining the delivery team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
