What You’ll Do
- Facilitate engaging on‑site and virtual training for new and existing Firm Members, ensuring their growth and development.
- Foster a supportive learning environment aligned with the Firm’s values and strategies by providing tools and activities that promote professional development.
- Conduct technology‑focused training sessions and coaching for staff and lawyers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Observe and evaluate participant performance during training, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Continuously improve learning programs based on participant feedback and recommendations.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of course curriculum and courseware, ensuring they meet the needs of learners.
- Coordinate national learning programs and related administrative tasks, including maintaining LMS records and generating reports.
