Learning And Development Specialist

As the Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development & POSH, you will:

️ Drive the overall L&D strategy across functions and levels

️ Lead training design, facilitation, and impact measurement

️ Conduct POSH awareness and ensure full compliance with the POSH Act, 2013

️ Strengthen site-level training, capability, and safety culture

️ Enhance workplace behavior and grooming standards through structured soft skills training

️ Manage LMS, digital learning tools, and blended learning frameworks

️ Lead on-site training for blue-collar workforce across shifts
