The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering top-tier training programs that support the growth of the organization. This role is instrumental in fostering leadership capabilities and enhancing people skills, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet both current and future organizational needs.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate of any 4-years degree. With exceptional communication and presentation skills. Preferably with deep industry experience—particularly in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations—and a track record of successfully creating impactful training programs.
