We're Hiring: Learning & Development Specialist
Are you driven by a passion for people development, continuous learning, and building future-ready talent? We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who can design impactful learning experiences and help elevate our workforce.
What You'll Do:
Assess training needs and design effective learning programs
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (on-site & virtual)
Support leadership, functional, and behavioral development initiatives
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Foster a strong learning culture across the organization
What We're Looking For:
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or in Organizational Psychology
Proven 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills on-site and online as well
Creative mindset with a passion for employee growth
Location: Head Office - Karachi
