Role Title: Assistant Manager – Learning & Development
Role Purpose/ Overview: To drive operational excellence by building functional and behavioral capability across diverse workforce segments in Logistics & Supply Chain.
Key Accountability Areas:
• Design, develop, and deliver functional and behavioral training programs for blue-collar, semi-blue collar, supervisory, and senior-level roles within Logistics & Supply Chain operations.
• Facilitate impactful sessions in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language to ensure learning accessibility across diverse workforce segments.
• Develop blended learning journeys incorporating classroom training, on-the-job interventions, digital learning, and LMS-driven modules.
• Apply Adult Learning Principles and the ADDIE model to design structured, outcome-oriented learning interventions.
