Job Purpose
The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing effective training and development initiatives across the organisation. The role includes conducting all new staff orientation and onboarding training, skills and workplace assessments, development of engaging online learning content, and providing ad hoc support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Conduct skills-based assessments to identify individual and organisational training needs.
Facilitate and support workplace assessments.
Design, develop, and deliver training interventions.
Create engaging online learning material and assessments.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Orientation & Onboarding
Plan and conduct all new employee orientation and onboarding training.
