Role Purpose

The Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve high‑impact learning solutions that enable organisational capability, performance and transformation.

This role has a strong focus on technology-enabled learning and will play a key part in modernising how learning is delivered across a large, distributed workforce. The postholder will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business needs into practical, engaging and scalable learning interventions.

  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions including face‑to‑face, virtual, digital, and on‑the‑job learning.
  • Develop engaging learning content aligned to adult learning principles and organisational priorities.
