About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Supervises Staff/Assistant in delivery of Training Evaluation to determine the training effectiveness and if training programs are helping employees improve.
  • Evaluates and provides comprehensive feedback on the value of the training programs and their effectiveness in order to achieve company goals.
  • Works with managers on program development in order to ensure training programs are implemented company-wide to increase staff know-how, efficiency and performance.
  • Manages the Training Calendar and ensure all New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) are executed.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in the Degree of Psychology or any 4-year course.
