**Description:**
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Learning and Development Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or Business Administration.
+ Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in hotel training or HR, with at least **2 years.**
+ Professional training certifications are highly preferred.
+ Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern interactive training methods (including eLearning platforms/LMS).
+ Flawless written and spoken English.
+ Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
