KRA’s:

  • Researching training content to assist in creating training programmes that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are, in line with business needs and priorities.
  • Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
  • Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems
  • Identifying and embracing different training techniques (e-learning, classroom trainings, coaching etc.) as per the content and requirement
  • Assist in coordinate with various stakeholders to organize and deliver training to various parts of business
