PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is a key member of the Talent Development team, responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and enhance employee growth across Smarter Good.

This role ensures that Smarter Gooders are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their roles, while also supporting line managers in building leadership capacity and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The L&D Specialist acts as both strategist and facilitator—developing innovative, agile, and impactful interventions that align with organizational goals and the evolving needs of SG's nonprofit partners worldwide.
