Responsibilities


  • Identify and assess future and current learning needs of the organization through training needs analysis, job analysis, and other data-related output.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
  • Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Identify ROI of learning interventions.
  • Manage training budget.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and right practices.
  • Identify and manage training vendors.
  • Develop and design curriculum and modules to facilitate learning needs of the organization.
  • Create training programs that include web-based seminars, group sessions, training videos, and other advancements in training delivery.
