Job Description
Core Responsibilities :
A Learning and Development (L&D) Manager develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness. They collaborate with employees and managers to support career development and manage budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Psychology, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role
- Experience designing and implementing training programs, coaching and mentoring programs, and performance management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
