Job Description

A dynamic, fast-growing organisation is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the full learning and development function. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programmes aligned to business strategy and SETA/BBBEE requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant HR / OD / ODETD qualification (NQF Level 6 minimum)
  • 5+ years' experience in a training or L&D management role
  • Strong knowledge of SETA processes, WSP/ATR reporting, and learnerships
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Duties include: conducting skills needs analyses, managing training budgets, overseeing learnership and internship programmes, and ensuring compliance with the Skills Development Act.
