Learning and Development Manager

Aquis Search has partnered with a leading, high-growth real estate consumer platform in their search for an L&D Lead based in Mumbai.

This role reports to the Group Head of L&D and Head of HR and will play a critical role in designing and scaling end-to-end learning interventions that directly impact business performance, particularly in sales capability and leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end learning frameworks aligned with business strategy
• Lead sales capability and business-focused learning initiatives across functions
• Partner closely with business leaders to diagnose skill gaps and translate them into structured learning roadmaps
• Build and scale impactful learning modules (induction, leadership, functional, behavioral)
