Overview

The Learning and Development Manager supports the Milestone Learning and Development Department as an individual contributor. Starting with a Learning needs assessment, the Learning and Development Manager will facilitate a process to identify the educational needs of the organization, assist in prioritizing learning offerings and manage the development and/or acquisition of learning content to meet identified need. The Learning and Development Manager will also be responsible for tracking Learning participation in live, online and vendor training, reporting usage and requirements to the appropriate channels to ensure participation compliance with the Learning programs.
