Role Purpose

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on L&D to drive continuous capability building across the organization. The role will focus on enhancing performance through structured learning interventions, especially for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals

- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders

- Design and deliver sales, product, leadership, and behavioral training programs

- Create learning content such as training modules, playbooks, SOPs, and assessments
